Architectural photography

What I like in Architectural photography (I have recently start it since one year), as my images I can design for my client (Cover, logos…) it convey a presence in history. When I am “shooting” a private home, you want to see more than how the porch looks in front of the house. You want to see their family sitting and enjoying the first day of summer. Architectural photography will help people to remember the building by giving context, meaning… a souvenir…

Architectural photography can reveal the architect’s ideas and intentions.. And It’s so stimulant for the critical mind.

The Allegorical Architecture of ‘Les Fleurs du mal’
These lines, from Baudelaire’s “Danse macabre,” were written in 1858, presumably during a voyage from Paris to Alençon:

New photos from Anguilla…

3 days in this paradise… Heaven for photographers.

Tiny Anguilla boasts 33 beaches, all of them free and open to the public. The island’s Atlantic-facing north coast has the wilder waves and more remote beaches. Popular spots like Sandy Ground, Shoal Bay, Rendezvous Bay, and Meads Bay, have waterfront restaurants, bars, and resorts to go along with sand and surf. Secluded Little Bay can only be reached by boat. Sandy Island and Scilly Cay are tiny island with beach bars and free launch service from the mainland.

But the softest white sands is Meads Bay, the most beautiful beaches on this paradise

I just bought the Canon 5d Mark II… to B&H Photo… High images quality and performance. I love the solid-performing body and make video HD with my 17-40 give a "cherry" on the cake.

Canon’s update to the wildly popular full frame EOS 5D is here, and it’s better than ever. The EOS 5D Mark II has a stunning 21.1-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor with DIGIC 4 Image Processor, a vast ISO Range of 100-6400 (expandable to ISO L: 50, H1: 12800 and H2: 25600), plus EOS technologies like Auto Lighting Optimizer and Peripheral Illumination Correction.

It supports Live View shooting, Live View HD videos, and more. It can shoot up to 3.9 fps, has 9 AF points plus 6 AF assist points, a new 98% coverage viewfinder, a 3.0-inch Clear View LCD (920,000 dots/VGA) and a rugged build. Full-frame shooters rejoice! Canon EOS 5D review: Features Full-frame Sensor: The EOS 5D’s full-frame CMOS sensor records 4,368 x 2,912 pixels-that’s 12.8 Megapixels, larger than many other companies’ top-of-the-line sensors. The same size as a 35mm image on a traditional camera, the sensor operates without a conversion factor. This is perfect for taking advantage of the spectacular optics in Canon’s L-series, and will be a joy for wide-angle enthusiasts who can make the most of their wide-angle lenses. Canon EOS 5D review: New larger screen New larger 2.5 inch LCD screen: The EOS 5D has been designed to provide the photographer with instant feedback, saving valuable time when reviewing images. A new 2.5 inch LCD screen with approximately 230,000 pixels not only displays more information, it can be viewed at a far greater angle (170°) than many other conventional LCD screens. The full-featured shot information screen not only provides an RGB histogram, it displays the AF frames used. Magnification to check exposure and critical focus has never been faster. It is also simple to jump quickly in image intervals up to 100. Menus are accessed at the touch of a button, and feature larger, easier to read text than previous models. Whether changing color parameters, setting up custom functions, organizing folders, setting white balance, or any other feature, the new screen is designed with the professional in mind. Photographers get to their information quickly, so they never lose a shot.
