The Villas
Ani Villas Anguilla is a 10 bedroom estate with 2 fully serviced villas making it perfect for hosting larger groups and families of 20+ guests. Each of Ani Villas 5-Bedroom luxury homes are fully outfitted with their own pools, hot tubs, kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining areas, lounges and decks - each an estate unto itself and available for rent individually. The property additionally holds a Tennis Court and fully outfitted gym.

Àni North
As the name suggest Àni North sits on the northern side of the estate and, like Àni South, sits perched on the edge of the dramatic cliffs overlooking Little Bay - perhaps Anguilla's most treasured hideaway for swimming and snorkeling. All master bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces are oriented towards the breathtaking western view down the Anguilla coast line and towards evening sunset views. Weekly package rates are listed for a full 5 bedroom villa or complete 10 bedroom estate. These rates are inclusive of the following package:
- Daily Housekeeping, Butler Service, Private Chef, Security

Rates are exclusive of 10% service charges and 10% government tax. 14 Night Minimum for Holiday Season. 50% of the total stay is due within 7 days of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and thereafter no monies are refundable.
Please inquire regarding rates and availability for bookings of less than a week. Rates may also be offered, subject to availability, for bookings of less than a full 5 -bedroom villa (i.e. 2 or 3 bedrooms only) - please contact us for rates and availability. |
